Warehouse Supervisor
📍 Mississauga, ON
🕒 Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3 PM (occasional weekends)

Position Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support logistics for project sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring material readiness and efficient equipment flow across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee warehouse functions, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and tool tracking

  • Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to job sites

  • Monitor safety practices and implement process improvements

  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking through ERP systems

What You Bring:

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting (construction experience is an asset)

  • Forklift certification (Counterbalance/Reach); propane handling considered a plus

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
