The successful candidate will lead the engineering team, responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining their products while setting the technical vision, leading development efforts, and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, setting a high standard for technical excellence and innovation.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from ideation to product launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and secure solutions.
- Team Management: Build and lead a highly skilled engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Technology Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends.
- Security Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies to guide the development of robust security products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure product alignment with market demands and customer needs.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of our solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a cybersecurity or related technology company.
- Startup Experience is a must
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity and a comprehensive understanding of security principles.
- Track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and forward-looking mindset.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
