A growing and innovative investment firm is seeking a Bilingual Vice President of Sales to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic and motivated sales professional who is passionate about real estate and alternative investments and eager to contribute to an ambitious growth plan focused on expanding distribution partnerships and increasing Assets Under Management (AUM).
This is a permanent fulltime role based out of Vancouver with monthly travel to Toronto.
The VP, Sales will play a pivotal role in achieving aggressive growth targets by engaging directly with financial advisors across Canada. This individual will be responsible for delivering product insights, market updates, and personalized support to help advisors understand the value of incorporating real estate investment products into client portfolios. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels at building relationships and bringing a consultative approach to sales.
Communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin.
Collaborate with sales leadership to design and execute a strategic sales plan.
Proactively follow up on advisor meetings, events, and roadshows to maintain engagement.
Initiate and nurture relationships with financial advisors through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
Provide advisors with timely insights, product knowledge, and strategic positioning in response to a constantly evolving market.
Deliver ongoing support related to fund trends and product performance.
Record and maintain accurate activity and advisor data in the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and annual business objectives.
Stay informed on current market trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in the investment space.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role within the financial services industry.
Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Proven ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to adapt to changing priorities.
In-depth understanding of the investment advisory landscape.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
