This role will focus on advocating for and assisting small businesses, by identifying and implementing innovative tax strategies, and providing expert tax planning and advisory services to make a tangible difference. Role Overview: As a Tax Strategist/ Tax Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities and maximize wealth for a diverse client base. You will work closely with clients, guiding them through tax planning, implementation, and compliance, ensuring they achieve both their business and personal financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute advanced tax strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Stay informed on the latest tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide expert tax planning and advisory services customized to meet client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and wealth management teams to offer comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• MUST HAVE: An active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license or be an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) designation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax strategy, planning, and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing tax strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in tax software and technology-driven solutions.
• A proactive and innovative mindset.
• Relationship building skills. Able to speak plainly and explain complex issues in a way that puts people at ease and builds trust.

Compensation: $75,000 - $130,000 USD, with flexibility depending on experience.

Location: Remote - Open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
