About the Firm:

Our client is a leader in the HR SAAS space, providing solutions to their client’s workforce to help improve employee satisfaction and retention. Having their office in a beautiful part of the Toronto area, they offer flexible working conditions, a robust team atmosphere, and leadership opportunities.

Essential Tasks: The Manager, of Canadian & Global Income Tax, will also assist The Senior Manager, of US & Global Income Tax with the global income tax
  • Oversee and execute the Canadian tax returns in a timely manner
  • Support and manage external service providers globally in accordance with global compliance
  • Support or/and review consolidated annual tax provisions
  • Support The Senior Manager, US & Global Income Tax with the company tax position analysis
  • Support with the annual budget and strategic corporate plan for the global cash tax forecasting
  • Perform all other tasks that will help complete the project
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Canadian tax experience in provisions, international tax, and tax planning with complex corporations
  • 2+ years experience working in a medium to large size public accounting firm
  • CPA designated
  • In-Depth or M-Tax completed
  • U.S and Global tax experience is an asset
  • Prior management experience
  • Good initiative, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
