Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Manager to provide strategic leadership for the organization's global HR technology landscape. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term SuccessFactors roadmap, ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with business growth objectives across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving governance, process optimization, and system enhancements while maintaining a centralized and scalable HR technology framework.

Current Environment

  • Several SuccessFactors modules have already been standardized, including Performance Management (annual review processes and related workflows).
  • The organization is focused on maintaining globally consistent processes and avoiding unnecessary customization or over-engineering for individual teams.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) is currently used primarily for compliance training.
  • An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is in place for job postings; however, it is not integrated with the onboarding process.
  • Performance Management processes are mature and largely based on a configuration established in 2019.
  • The current HR systems team consists of one Systems Support Specialist responsible for day-to-day ticket management and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global SuccessFactors strategy and roadmap.
  • Assess current HR technology capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization, integration, and scalability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to balance business requirements with enterprise-wide standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and challenge requests that introduce unnecessary complexity or customization.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, change management processes, and system enhancement priorities.
  • Lead system improvements across SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with organizational growth plans.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive adoption and maximize system value.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS solutions.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Proven experience developing HR technology roadmaps and supporting rapidly growing organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with governance, process standardization, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a leadership capacity and drive strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the mining industry.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
