About Our Client

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst for our Toronto-based client. This role involves collaborating with analytics engineering resources to enhance data availability from various tools and sources, ultimately providing leaders with reliable data models for informed decision-making. You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust QA process for all analytics assets to ensure consistent and reliable insights.

Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position is to develop a comprehensive reporting framework that enables go-to-market leaders to understand performance and optimize their efforts for maximum organizational results. This role offers significant ownership and accountability across the entire GTM analytics process, including co-creating roadmaps, designing and deploying dashboards, and crafting performance narratives for senior leadership. You will also gain exposure to annual planning and overall strategy-setting.
* Partnering with senior leaders to consolidate insights and produce monthly operating results narratives for long-term strategic decisions.
* Streamlining the end-to-end process of building and deploying dashboards to accelerate roadmap delivery, while collaborating with teams to prioritize creation and ensure data visualizations meet stakeholder needs.
* Leveraging data science techniques, such as statistical modeling, to uncover sophisticated insights like customer health scoring and using predictive analytics for sales forecasting, customer retention, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications
* Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake or a comparable Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) is essential.
* Five years of experience in a data analytics role, with exposure to both data science and business operations.
* Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics, including the ability to build models for customer health scoring, churn prediction, and forecasting.
* A strong commitment to ensuring data quality and dashboard accuracy through rigorous pre-deployment testing.
