Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end forecasting for balance sheet, working capital, SG&A, and legal entities
Partner with business leaders to review, analyze, and challenge BU forecasts
Prepare monthly SG&A analysis, KPI reporting, and variance commentary
Serve as a liaison between Canadian and U.S. Corporate Finance teams
Play an active role in the annual budget process, including templates, uploads, and assumption validation
Perform P&L analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting
Support process improvement initiatives, including balance sheet forecasting enhancements
Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Fast learner with a proactive, independent work style
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions
