We’ve partnered with a leading, large-scale organization to support the recruitment of a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on key financial deliverables while gaining exposure across multiple business units and functions.

Overview:
This position plays a pivotal role in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, supporting Canadian operations with additional collaboration across the US and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for building out high-quality reports and dashboards, providing insight-driven commentary, and working cross-functionally on various strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and weekly flashes.

• Prepare and deliver executive-ready financial reporting:

  • Monthly financial decks for senior leadership reviews

  • External client reporting and forecasting schedules

  • Weekly flash reports and visual dashboards

  • Executive committee presentations using advanced analytics and data visualization

• Partner with procurement and category teams to support robust forecasting processes.

• Drive financial insights in pre-review meetings with key business leaders to ensure alignment.

• Investigate financial variances and provide meaningful commentary on underlying drivers.

• Collaborate with accounting, billing, and FP&A teams to ensure system consistency and data accuracy.

• Support ad hoc projects that span Canadian, US, and UK teams, including finance, accounting, and tax.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation (or in progress) preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge considered an asset.

• Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
