The Role:

  • Direct and guide collaborative teams in achieving PCB layout, mechanical engineering, testing, and certification milestones.
  • Possess the authority and independence to make critical decisions to achieve objectives related to the project.
  • Utilize comprehensive expertise in the field of power supply engineering, adhering to established professional norms and precedents.
  • Guarantee the technical soundness and compliance of the design.
  • Facilitate communication with clients to relay complex technical details.
  • Ensure that the design adheres to the company's internal engineering standards.
  • Document design processes in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
  • Make certain that the design aligns with budgetary constraints, performance targets, and project timelines.
  • Engage in the design process through schematic creation, computational analysis, simulation, and prototype development.
  • Develop and implement microcontroller firmware and hardware for power management and control in Power Supplies.
  • Design and test circuits, conducting evaluations to verify design robustness and integrity.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the field of Power Electronics.




The Qualifications:

  • Must hold a degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in analog and power supply circuit design.
  • Skilled in designing switch-mode power supplies (AC/DC, DC/DC) across different topologies, including resonant converters.
  • Proficient in magnetic and analog circuitry design.
  • Experienced in using schematic entry and simulation tools such as PSPICE, Mathcad, or comparable software.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to international standards for EMI/EMC, safety regulations, and thermal management.
  • Knowledgeable in the tooling and manufacturing processes for mass-produced products involving plastics, metals, PCBs, and production testing.
