Essential Tasks:
A Bookkeeper who can manage multiple client files with accuracy and care:
· Record and reconcile financial transactions
· Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
· Process payroll and government remittances
· Support clients with cloud accounting tools (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
· Assist with year-end preparation and working papers for accountants
What they are Looking For:
· 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (public practice an asset)
· Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage, or similar software
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
· Organized, accurate, and dependable
· Able to manage multiple client files simultaneously
