About the Firm:

A local firm that in Quebec needs a Outside Sales professional that is fully bilingual. Willing to travel and with a company car drive to local mining sites for demonstration and installation projects. A hands-on approach to account managing. Self-managed professional who will work fully remote and on the road each day.

Essential Tasks:

- Building sound relationships with existing one - two million dollars business partners
- Able to transition into a book of business from a current employee
- Up-sell where applicable and establish a grounded relationships with clients who rely on the product line
- Customize orders for specific clients to accommodate their initial needs
- Open, effective communication with clients and internal staff
- Business development initiatives adhering to KPI's that are established from day one
- Continuously on the road as the face of the organization, growing market share and chasing creditable leads


Qualifications:

- 3-10yrs in Outside sales roles
- Big Equipment oriented or small devise sales oriented
- Bilingual French a must
- A person with a clear, effective communication style. Both verbal and written
- Technical using products that support big equipment
- Able to learn from the incumbent looking to transition out of this role
- Willing to demonstrate how you establish, maintain and grow relationships to gain market share
- Can demonstrate how a person has been adaptable in the past to clients requests
