About Our Client:

Our client, located in Toronto, is an exciting & dynamic event management company and looking for a Smartsheet Integration Analyst (24-month fixed term contract with possible extension) to join their team. If you love sports, media & entertainment, this could be the place for you!

We are in search of a highly proficient IT Systems Analyst with specialized expertise in Smartsheet integration and a broad spectrum of technical skills. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in Smartsheet, network troubleshooting, virtualization, and scripting, with proficiency in key tools including Office365, Google Sheets, Adobe, VMWare, PowerBI, and Cisco Meraki. A crucial aspect of the role is the ability to integrate Smartsheet seamlessly into various systems.

Responsibilities:

Extensive experience with Smartsheet integration for enhanced workflow management.
Ability to integrate different systems seamlessly with Smartsheet. This includes connecting various software applications, databases, and platforms to ensure they work together efficiently.
The candidate should have a proven track record in analyzing existing systems, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements.
A good understanding of the current market trends, emerging technologies, and available platforms. This helps in making informed decisions on what technologies would best suit your organization.
The IT landscape evolves rapidly, so a consultant should be adaptable and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
A strong background in IT, including knowledge of various operating systems, databases, networking, and other relevant technologies. They should be familiar with both hardware and software components.
The ability to identify and solve complex problems related to system optimization and integration.
Address and resolve network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Experience with VMWare, PowerBI, Office 365, Google Sheets, Adobe, and Cisco Meraki Networking devices.
Experience with developing and maintaining Python scripts.
Collaborate across teams to integrate systems and streamline processes effectively.

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with Dynamo.
Proficiency in Revit for collaborative building information modeling (BIM) projects.
Expertise in Okta.
Knowledge of Egnyte for secure file sharing and collaboration.
