About Our Client
Our client, a high-end interior finishes company in the A&D industry is seeking a Showroom Manager that will be responsible for creating an exceptional showroom experience that showcases luxury flooring products and inspires clients. You will oversee all aspects of showroom operations, from maintaining product displays to managing sales staff and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
The Showroom Manager will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
  • Maintain a visually stunning showroom environment that reflects the elegance and quality of our flooring products.
  • Ensure all displays are regularly updated to showcase the latest product offerings and design trends.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of showroom samples.
  • Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Provide product knowledge training and sales coaching to sales staff to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
Qualifications
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury home decor or A&D industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Passion for luxury design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
