Are you an experienced recruiter who has built strong client relationships and a book of business in the GTA market? Are you looking for a remote role with a collaborative, high-performing team that truly supports your success? If so, we’d love to connect.

We’re growing across Ontario and are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in search firm recruitment. This role will focus on both contract and permanent placements in Accounting & Finance, HR, and Administrative roles. You’ll have access to industry-leading tools, ongoing support, and our exclusive Visual Advantage system that streamlines and accelerates the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Proven business development skills to build and manage lasting client and candidate relationships

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from search to offer

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders

• Develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent

• Share market insights and contribute to business development

What You Bring

• 3+ years in a search firm setting (360 recruitment, including business development) required

• A business degree and strong knowledge of the GTA market

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional, driven, and consultative approach
