We’re growing across Ontario and are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in search firm recruitment. This role focuses on contract and permanent placements across Accounting & Finance, HR, and Administrative roles. What You’ll Do

• Build and manage client and candidate relationships

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from search to offer

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders

• Develop sourcing strategies and screen top talent

• Track market trends and support business development

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a search firm setting (360 desk or pure business development environment)

• A business degree and deep knowledge of the GTA market

• Strong communication and relationship skills

• A professional, driven, and consultative approach
