About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Senior Property Accountant/Accounting Manager with 10+ years of Property Accounting. This position is a full-time in-office position in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and utility payment
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Preparation of annual budget and forecast
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Property Accounting
- Stable profile
- Pursuing a CPA is an asset but not required
- Strong Communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Yardi
- Entrepreneurial attitude - self-starter attitude
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment
