About Our Client
We are working with a downtown property management client looking to hire a Senior Property Accountant to join their team permanently. This role is physically in office all 3 days of the week!

Responsibilities
The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for:
  • Managing a portfolio of complex residential real estate assets
  • Conduct and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close
  • Complete financial reports including operating reports
  • Maintain the GL including accruals and journal entries
  • Prepare account reconciliations, bank reconciliations
  • Provide backup support to AR and AP functions as required
  • Maintain multiple funding activities
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of property accounting experience, preferably residential
  • Experience using Yardi
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Deadline driven and works well under pressure
