About Our Client:

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in retail marketing production, print, and campaign fulfillment, supporting some of Canada’s most recognized retail and consumer brands. With advanced production capabilities and a highly collaborative operational environment, they help deliver large-scale in-store marketing and signage campaigns across the country.

They are currently seeking a Senior Print Project Manager (PM III) to join their Aurora-based In-Store Marketing team. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional who enjoys managing complex retail marketing programs, building strong client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully execute high-profile campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale retail signage and in-store marketing programs
  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts and campaigns
  • Facilitate client briefings and clarify campaign requirements and deliverables
  • Develop project estimates, maintain rate cards, and support account profitability
  • Build and manage campaign distribution lists, production documentation, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate campaign planning, production, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping activities
  • Collaborate with production, planning, innovation, fulfillment, and vendor partners to ensure successful execution
  • Monitor campaign performance, inventory, invoicing, and KPI reporting
  • Drive strategic projects, process improvements, and client-specific initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to support account growth and enhance client service
  • Resolve client issues and escalations while maintaining long-term relationships
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client services, retail marketing, campaign management, print production, or related environments
  • Experience managing client relationships and multiple concurrent projects
  • Knowledge of retail marketing execution, signage programs, print production, or related operational environments is preferred
  • Experience supporting estimates, budgeting, invoicing, or account profitability is considered an asset
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
