Salary Range: base between $95,000 - $130,000 - depending on experience

Our client, a high-growth beauty and personal care company, is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager Digital Advertising to lead multi-platform campaigns and optimize performance strategies. A background in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Fashion/ Lifestyle, or CPG industries is an asset. The ideal person for this role will be a forward-thinking, hands-on professional who has experience and a passion for digital innovation, demand generation, and executing digital growth strategies across various platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager Digital Advertising will perform a diverse range of functions including but limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display, and video.
- Manage the full lifecycle of media campaigns, overseeing budget allocation, audience targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing and continuous experimentation to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign messaging, creative assets, and business objectives.
- Partner with Business Analytics and Sales teams to refine attribution models, performance dashboards, and recurring reports.
- Communicate program results to key internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with third-party vendors and platform representatives to resolve issues, develop strategic roadmaps, and optimize campaign success.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, evolving best practices, and new technologies in performance marketing to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth through paid media with an omnichannel approach.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Looker, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of first-party data, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple paid media channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI and improving lead quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for testing, iterating, and refining digital marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
