Job Description

The Senior Manager – Enterprise Change Management, reporting to the Enterprise Transformation Team, plays a crucial role in the design and implementation of the organization’s change management strategy. This role ensures that major enterprise initiatives are successfully executed, driving the desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with expertise in change management, project oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the organization’s broader goals and transformation projects.
  • Change Management Framework: Create and maintain a change management playbook that provides detailed guidelines for handling change across all enterprise initiatives.
  • Project Oversight: Lead the change management efforts on large-scale projects, ensuring seamless integration of change initiatives into the project plans for successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to communicate change goals, understand potential impacts, and secure buy-in across the organization.
  • Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to empower teams with the tools needed to manage organizational changes effectively. Develop resources on best practices and methodologies to guide project teams in managing change.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment between change management strategies and enterprise-wide objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in change management, demonstrating success in driving large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in project management and familiarity with related tools is a plus.
