Our client, a world-class leader in their industry and servicing commercial markets across Canada, USA, and Mexico, is looking for a Senior HR Manager to support their people and the organization toward future growth.

Have you operated in a stand-alone environment and managed all aspects of HR, TA, Branding, Compliance, and more?
This position will be in office 5/week so if you enjoy getting up and out of the house and working alongside your peers and leadership teams in the office, this one is for you!
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Be very hands-on as the HR team is 2 (yourself included) and will cover all aspects including recruiting
Lead and develop 1 HR Administrator
As the business grows, the team will too, so we need someone with prior leadership experience and great leadership traits
Prior experience with an HRIS integration or implementation
Able to interact and foster healthy relationships with the leadership team across Canada, the USA, and the UK
Solid understanding of Canadian labour legislation (the USA is a big asset as well)
Review current practices across the organization and make recommendations (include recruitment, comp/benefits, OD, DEI policies, Employer Branding, and more)
Qualifications:
CHRL designation (or at the very least CHRP)
5+ yrs in an HR capacity with at least 3 of those in a strategic, senior capacity
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change and influence people
Prior industry experience in either Distribution or Mfg preferred
