About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Senior Fund Accountant with at least 3 years of background working in fund accounting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily activities and review NAV pricing
- Manage financial statement reviews, quarterly performance disclosures, fund facts, and tax reports
- Oversee fund accounting records and NAV valuations
- Execute strategies and initiatives to help efficiency and productivity
- Prepare fund financial statement reports, and manage statements assigned by the fund provider
- Collaborate with numerous internal and external parties
- Organize fund tax records and distributions
- Manage financial policies and implement controls
- Support with financial reporting and analyze portfolio
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relative field
- CPA or other relevant professional designation ideal
- At least 3 years background working in fund accounting
- Proven background in financial reporting and derivative products
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
- Detail-oriented, professional and organized
