About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst with at least 4 years of relative background in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate or public accounting.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial reporting, forecasting and analysis and present to management
- Oversee quarterly and annual external stakeholder financial reporting
- Organize external reporting, property packages and asset management documents
- Perform portfolio-level forecasting analysis of fund performance and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations
- Support in the process of financial reporting
- Support in the annual budgeting process and manage consolidation of regional budgets
- Work closely with others to help in the quarterly re-forecasting of the annual budgets
- Support in the analysis of quarterly results and reports
- Support in annual Offering Memorandum preparation
- Oversee ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting
- Research market and suggest fitting recommendations
- Manage revenue and expenses, variance analysis
- Support M&A, re financings and other transactions
Qualifications
- Completed a degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- CPA designated, with at least 4 years of relative background
- Ideal candidate will have experience in public or corporate accounting
- Ideal candidate will have experience working in real estate or asset management
- Proficient in Excel modelling skills and PowerPoint presentations
- Good knowledge in statements of earnings, balance sheet and cash flows
- Detail oriented, professional and organized
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
