Job Description
About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst with at least two years of experience in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle accounting and compile records of all financial transactions in accordance to IFRS
- Manage and assist with internal monthly financial statements related to monthly and quarterly reporting
- Manage customer invoices and assist in the monthly reconciliation of key billing and AR related accounts
- Assist with reviewing outstanding balances and customer inquiries
- Support with forecasting and budgeting, sales pipeline and business development, monitor changes and industry trends
- Organize quarterly strategic review presentations
- Strategize and execute process improvements and procedures
- Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Pursuing CPA Designation
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Detail oriented, professional and organized
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Great Plains (asset)
