The Company
Our client, a well-known asset management firm with a strong reputation in the investment industry, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance group within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing complex financial statements and supporting the month-end and quarter-end close processes. The role includes intercompany accounting and consolidations for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with IFRS. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, assist with financial analysis, and support ongoing process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance
• CPA designation is a strong asset
• Experience preparing complex financial statements
• Strong intercompany and consolidation experience across multiple entities
• Must have hands-on experience with IFRS
• Background within a large organization or straight from public accounting is welcome
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
