About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst with at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month end process, full cycle accounting and financial transactions
• Support the completion of monthly financial statements related to monthly and quarterly reporting
• Organize customer invoices and support in the monthly reconciliation
• Support customer statements on a monthly basis for outstanding balances
• Support workforce management by tracking headcount movements and departmental allocation
• Support Business unit managers with forecasting and budgeting
• Organize management reports and execute performance analysis
• Process new improvements to increase work efficiency
• Perform and support on special projects and ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Currently pursuing CPA Designation
• Organized, detail oriented, and good time management
• Strong full cycle accounting skills
• Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
• Professional and respectful
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Great Plains (ideal)
