Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Accountants/Analysts to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational performance.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring business performance.

Cost Accounting:
  • Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking manufacturing costs.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with production teams to assess and streamline cost-related processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with department heads to create realistic budgetary goals and ensure adherence.

Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial and operational processes to drive efficiency.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to streamline processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA designation is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant/Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP systems used in manufacturing settings.

Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Team Collaboration:
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
