Job Description
About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A and/or financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-term and strategic planning
- Support the implementation of Business Intelligence tools and other platforms
- Assist in the configuration of the Finance technology solutions, such as Workday and Adaptive Insights
- Collaborate with Corporate Tax, Treasury and Accounting teams for strategic planning and forecasts
- Compile forecast inputs and review quality scorecards from Global Finance
- Organize reports, summaries, and materials for senior leadership
- Review and update of risks & opportunities across the company
- Provide assistance to regional finance teams related to planning functions
- Help establish standardization, documentation, and strategic financial improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A and/or financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;CPA designation preferred
- Strong background using Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office
- Proficient knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Insights or other large ERP/Planning systems (asset)
- Candidates with experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Sisense, Google Data Studios, Tableau or PowerBI (asset)
- Both team player and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented, professional and organized
- Strong problem solver and critical thinking
