About Our Client


Our client is a data-driven buyer intent solution that predicts web visitor revenue before engaging them. They are currently looking for a remote Senior Client Success Manager to drive value for our clients and build a foundation for long-term success. As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will manage relationships with key accounts and lead them through the onboarding process, ensuring they quickly realize value from our solutions. APPLY TODAY!

Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Lead new client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and a strong foundation for partnership.

  • Define Success Metrics: Collaborate with clients to identify key success metrics and set clear goals for using Lift AI’s platform.

  • KPI Management: Establish and track KPIs quarterly, adjusting strategies as needed to meet client objectives.

  • Account Management: Manage mid-size to enterprise accounts, fostering strategic relationships to drive retention and growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure clients have the necessary resources and support.

  • Client Health Monitoring: Monitor client health to proactively address risks, reduce churn, and promote growth.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Hubspot and Aligned data to provide insights that optimize platform usage and demonstrate business impact.



Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS, managing mid-market to enterprise clients.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to onboard clients, set measurable goals, and drive account growth.
  • Communication Skills: Strong in relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration for client success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Hubspot, Asana, and Aligned for client data and health tracking.
  • Business Aptitude: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, sales strategies, CRM, and marketing automation tools, with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.

  • Sales Aptitude: Skilled in Customer-Centric selling to align client goals with Lift AI solutions and build multi-stakeholder relationships.

  • Leadership: Collaborates cross-functionally to strategize and advocate for client needs, balancing client and Lift AI priorities. Leads and motivates teams without direct authority.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to analyze challenges and enhance client results. Ensures detailed, consistent processes for account management.

  • Project Management: Highly organized with strong multitasking skills, able to manage onboarding, account satisfaction, and incremental revenue. Quick to learn and adapt to client strategies.

  • Availability: Flexible and responsive, with a secure, quiet home office for client interactions.
