Position: Senior Client Services Coordinator – Retail Marketing Programs
Location: Hybrid – Aurora, Ontario (typically 3 days/week on-site)

About Our Client:

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in print and marketing fulfillment, serving top-tier retail and consumer brands across Canada. With state-of-the-art production facilities and a focus on operational excellence, they help clients bring complex in-store marketing campaigns to life. They are currently seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator to support the execution of multi-site signage programs and client initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Aurora, ON and typically requires three days per week on-site.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate large, multi-phase retail signage campaigns from client briefing through delivery
• Support communication with clients to ensure alignment and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in producing estimates, distribution lists, and detailed production schedules
• Work cross-functionally with production, kitting, shipping, and other internal teams
• Track campaign details, update system rules, and maintain client location profiles
• Support innovation and process improvements across project workflows
• Monitor invoicing accuracy and assist with tracking additional billable services
• Maintain strong documentation and reporting for ongoing and completed campaigns

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in signage, print production, retail marketing, or campaign coordination
• Strong understanding of print processes, signage production, or multi-site marketing execution
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with inventory or signage systems is an asset
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with ability to work onsite in Aurora 3 days/week
