Job Description

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization entering an exciting period of transformation, including a NetSuite ERP implementation, finance modernization, continued growth, and potential acquisitions.

This newly created role will help build the organization’s finance analytics and business performance capabilities. It is not a traditional FP&A, accounting, or ERP implementation role. The successful candidate will become a key resource for financial insight, profitability analysis, strategic decision support, and finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead business performance and profitability analytics, including product, customer, facility, and margin analysis.
  • Develop KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and performance management tools.
  • Support the NetSuite implementation, reporting architecture, process improvement, data governance, and ongoing system optimization.
  • Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and business cases.
  • Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, driver-based forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, plant finance, operations, and commercial teams to improve decision-making.
  • Support finance modernization, process improvement, and selected controllership initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytics, and business partnering capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP implementations such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or D365.
  • Experience developing business cases, investment analysis, forecasts, and operational decision support.
  • CPA designation preferred; degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
