• Manage bi-monthly payroll for 75 Canadian and 5 US employees using ADP.
• Process employee onboarding, offboarding, ROEs, compensation changes, and leave adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll data with HiBob and collaborate with HR on employee and compensation updates.
• Liaise with ADP to resolve payroll issues and ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Review payroll, deductions, statutory filings, and year-end tax documents (T4/T4A, W-2).
• Coordinate employee reimbursements with Accounts Payable.
• Prepare year-end payroll reconciliations and audit working papers.

• Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, ideally in Canada and the US.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and US payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems; PCP/CPM designation is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, communication, and time management.
