• Prepare CAD/USD payroll journal entries in Great Plains
• Record month-end payroll accruals and cross charges
• Reconcile benefit allocations, remittances, and payroll invoices
• Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Support quarterly reporting, audits, and IFRS assessments
• Review accounting treatments and improve payroll processes and controls

• Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred
• CPA designation is an asset
• Payroll accounting experience in complex environments
• Strong multitasking, communication, and analytical skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with ADP, Great Plains, ERP systems, or offshore teams is an asset
