About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Senior Accountant at least 3 years working in audit, accounting, or finance. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in US GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for four U.S. subsidiaries
- Collaborate with managers to review budgets and performance
- Reconcile balance sheets and oversee journal entries
- Create KPI dashboards and internal reports for leadership
- Improve month-end reporting processes and systems
- Lead year-end audits and manage auditor communications
- Analyze complex transactions and prepare accounting memos
- Support ERP implementation and process updates
- Guide AP/AR teams on proper accounting treatment
- Manage daily cash flow, wires, and treasury activities
- Oversee insurance renewals, risk management, and compliance
- Review vendor payments and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Business
- CPA or working toward designation
- 3+ years in audit, accounting, or finance
- Strong accounting and internal control knowledge; US GAAP a plus
- Consolidation experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
