Our client is adding a Senior Accountant to the team!
They are in the construction space and continue to see rapid growth and expansion. We are adding a Senior Accountant to the team to support the Controller and CFO.
Are you an Accountant with 5+ years of full cycle experience, having worked in the construction industry?
Are you someone who thrives in smaller teams and supports the overall success of the business?
Do you have experience with Work in Progress (WIP) and % of completion accounting?
This is an owner operated company and you will wear a few different hats! The ability to work independently and with high attention to detail is critical!
Keys:
Full cycle Accounting
Financial Reporting
Financial Statement preparation
Assist with Audit
Month end close
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Accounting or Business required
CPA or NON-designated will also be considered
5+ years of full cycle accounting experience, with experience in financial reporting, financial statement preparation & audit
Experience in the construction industry required
Must be articulate and work well independently
Must be OK in a busy office, owner operated, many subsidiaries and juggling lots at any given time
Will need a car - TTC won't work in this location
