Client Overview:

Our client, a growing and well-established organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated CPA (or CPA student) with 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience who is looking to take on more responsibility and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and financial reporting
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and internal financial statements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Maintain strong internal controls and assist with external audits
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
What You Bring:
  • CPA designation or in the final stages of completion
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
