About Our Client
Our client, located in Mississauga, is a public accounting firm looking for experienced accountants to join their team! There will be travel within the GTA required based on client locations.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of annual working papers including year-end adjusting journal entries for audit, review and compilation engagements
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Preparation of T1, T2 and T3 tax returns
- Lead and mentor junior staff
- Other ad-hoc duties are required
Qualifications
- Successful completion of the Common Final Examination (CFE)
- Experienced with ASPE, ASNFPO, and Canadian income taxation
- Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines and engagements
