Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identifying potential customers who could benefit from warehousing services.

• Prospecting and Outreach:

Contacting potential clients to introduce the company's offerings and establish relationships.

• Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Presenting the value proposition of the company's warehousing services and negotiating contracts.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

• Problem-Solving:

Understanding the client's specific needs and offering tailored warehousing solutions.

• Order Processing and Management:

Assisting with order processing, shipping, and tracking.

• Customer Inquiries:

Handling customer inquiries related to sales orders, shipping, and delivery timelines.

• 5 years of sales experience within warehousing industry
• Strong Sales Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and negotiate.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge of Warehousing and Logistics: Understanding the warehousing industry, logistics processes, and related services.
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
