About Our Client
Our client, one of Toronto's top destinations for holistic health and wellness, is seeking a Sales Receptionist to support their team and multiple lines of business. This role involves marketing, business development, client interaction, and team leadership. The location includes an event space, fitness studio, and medi spa, side by side with functional nutrition, genetic testing, and other cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities
As part of the Operations team, the Sales Receptionist will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
  • Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the office promptly.
  • Guide visitors to the appropriate individuals and offices.
  • Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as needed.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and appearance, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and brochures.
  • Offer accurate and basic information to individuals in person, as well as via phone and email.
  • Handle the sorting and distribution of daily mail and deliveries.
  • Uphold office security by implementing safety protocols and controlling access through the reception desk, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  • Procure supplies for the front office and maintain inventory levels.
  • Update calendars and organize meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, and prepare relevant vouchers as required.

Qualifications
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role
  • Experience with medical reception, administration, office management, and IT is beneficial
  • Proficient in computer skills; familiarity with Zenoti or CHS EMR software is advantageous
  • Full-time position with weekday availability; occasional weekend and statutory holiday shifts may be required

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with patients, clients, suppliers, and team
