Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 base + annual bonus + company vehicle & car allowance + benefits + RRSP match


About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established logistics and transportation solutions provider with operations across North America. They specialize in third-party logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution, and are known for delivering customized, end-to-end solutions to clients of all sizes.

They are looking to hire a Logistics Sales Executive to drive new business development and expand market presence. This is a high-impact role focused on building relationships, developing tailored transportation solutions, and securing new accounts. The position offers significant autonomy, flexibility, and growth potential, with strong support from an established team and national network.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development across Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, Air, Ocean, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing services
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Build and maintain a balanced sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Collaborate with internal departments on contract and rate agreements
  • Provide insights on market and customer trends to inform business strategy
  • Represent the company professionally with prospective clients across Canada and abroad


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of multi-modal freight forwarding sales experience (non-asset based)
  • Strong knowledge of North American transportation modes and logistics customers
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Professional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage decision-makers
  • Technologically adept and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (domestic and international)


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Existing client network or book of business in logistics/transportation
  • Operational logistics or supply chain experience
  • Post-secondary education
