Sales Account Executive
Location: Markham, Ontario (On-site, with travel to the U.S.)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60 - 80k base + yearly bonus and benefits
Our client is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their growing team. Spanish proficiency is not mandatory, but it is a valuable asset that can strengthen your ability to support clients in diverse markets. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives in account management, enjoys building new business, and is motivated to grow into senior or leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities.
- Communicate confidently with clients in excellent written and spoken English (Spanish considered an asset).
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and sales solutions.
- Attend U.S. trade shows and client visits several times per year.
- Analyze market activity and look at competitor trends, constantly seeking to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. visa required.
- Spanish language skills are an asset, but not mandatory.
- 2 or more years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Strong track record in account management (75% of the role) and new client acquisition (25% of the role).
- Ability and willingness to travel cross-border 2–6 times per year for business.
- Highly articulate, confident, and outgoing
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities as part of a fast-moving team.
- Confident in your use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
