Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
Location: Downtown Vancouver | Hybrid
What You Get to Do
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, reporting to the Finance Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will see you:
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes
- Prepare and present summarized financial analyses for senior leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis
- Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements in forecasting and budgeting
- Contribute to the successful implementation of ERP modules, including Yardi and related custom reporting functions
- Support cross-functional teams and act as a partner to business stakeholders
- Travel occasionally between Toronto and Vancouver, depending on your base location

About You
You're a finance pro who blends analytical sharpness with clear communication and collaborative spirit. You are:
- Experienced: You bring at least 2 years of experience in FP&A
- Designated: CPA required (those enrolled in the program will be considered); additional certifications are a strong asset
- Curious & Driven: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Detail-Oriented: You’re comfortable analyzing and summarizing complex data with precision and insight
- Communicative: Confident presenter with strong written and verbal skills, able to engage senior audiences effectively
- Technically Proficient: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Yardi experience is a bonus or something you're eager to learn
- Organized: You can juggle multiple priorities with poise and deliver on tight deadlines
- Team-Oriented: You work well with others and contribute to a collaborative team culture
