Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing customized technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored automation and integration solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on technology options, system design, and implementation strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and after-sales support.

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to expand the client base.
  • Develop sales plans and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly communicate solution benefits.

Product & Technical Expertise

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of La Scala’s automation, A/V, lighting, and integration systems.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to position the company’s offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology, automation, or A/V (audio-visual) industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Technical aptitude and a passion for innovative technology solutions.
