Position Title: Recruiter (Part-Time)
Contract Duration: 3 months to start with possible extension

Our client is looking for a part-time Recruiter to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a high volume of roles, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, stepping in to collaborate and cover for each other as needed. Because the organization relies on many manual processes, strong organization and coordination skills are essential—you’ll be managing data, interview schedules, and multiple stakeholders at once. Since this role is also external-facing, a positive, professional, and outgoing personality will help you succeed.

This position requires 20 hours per week, spread across 4–5 days, with flexible start times.

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to source and engage talent creatively, from entry-level to senior roles
  • A people-first approach—you enjoy connecting with candidates and assessing both skills and fit
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly pick up new processes and technologies
  • A team player mindset, with a collaborative and proactive approach to supporting colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills in English (phone, video, in-person, and written
