About Our Client

Our client is a growing residential cleaning company looking for reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services, enjoy working in different locations, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Location: Burnaby, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver & Coquitlam (company vehicle provided during work hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services, including routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces to a high standard.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces throughout each home.
• Complete quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards before leaving each property.
• Drive a company vehicle between scheduled client appointments.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized and professional manner.
• Follow all company policies, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members while providing excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (required).
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle between client locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day.
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on an ongoing basis.
