The Opportunity

You will operate a full 360 desk, managing:

• Business development and client acquisition

• Account management

• Candidate sourcing and recruitment

• Full-cycle placement delivery

This is an entrepreneurial model with full freedom to:

• Choose your industry vertical

• Develop and manage your own clients anywhere in Canada

• Build your desk your way

You are supported by:

• Full back-office operations (contracts, invoicing, collections, temp payroll funding, marketing, CRM, job boards, credit checks)

Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based.

• No base salary

Top-performing Senior Recruiters within the RIM network earn significant six-figure incomes annually.

Your earnings are directly tied to:

• Your client base

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience running a 360 desk within a staffing agency or recruitment firm

• Proven track record of billing success

• Existing client relationships or demonstrated ability to generate business

• Strong ethics and professional integrity

• Canadian resident with legal authorization to work in Canada
