* Please note this Senior 360 Recruiter position is designed for established 360 Staffing Agency Recruiters. In order to qualify applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years of current experience working a 360 desk performing sales and recruitment duties within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.

  The Opportunity
  
  We are looking for experienced senior 360 Recruitment professionals from within the Recruitment and Staffing Industry who have a proven track record of success, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an alignment with RIM’s Core Values.
  
  Candidates will be managing a full 360 desk performing sales and recruitment duties.
  
  Candidates work within a true team-based environment where collaboration is the cornerstone of success.   Qualifications:
  
  

• A minimum of 3+ years experience working a 360 desk performing sales and recruitment within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success.
• Strong ethics and alignment with RIM’s Core Values.
• Canadian residents only with legal permission to work in Canada.

Compensation

Recruiting in Motion pays excellent commissions on direct-hire placements and temp/contract net margin placements (Please note as a senior 360 Recruiter this role is for established senior level 360 Recruiters with a book of business).
