About our Client

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The hours of work are from 1 pm - 6 pm and the start date is on Tuesday, May 20th. Responsibilities

• Greet all customers warmly as the first point of contact
• Answer all inbound phone calls using a switch board
• Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Perform data-entry and organize paperwork
• Distribute mail and file company documents
• Perform other tasks as required

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ of Receptionist experience in an office environment is required
• High School education
• Can-do attitude and has confidence in their work
• Superb communication skills (oral and written) and speaks English fluently
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
