About our Client

Our client, a well-established plumbing, heating, and air conditioning company, is looking for a Receptionist to assist starting as soon as possible in their Richmond location for $20-$22/hr. Work hours would be from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with a 30 min lunch break. This is a great opportunity to get into the administrative field. Hurry, this one will go fast - apply today!

Responsibilities

• Answering the main telephone line and directing calls
• Greeting all guests
• Filing
• Data Entry
• Process payments
• Other receptionist duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a reception or admin-type role.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with a multi-line phone system.
• Friendly, out-going personality with exceptional telephone manners
• Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook)
• Punctual team-player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
